Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were a great help and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for the visit to his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

We had a lovely weekend at Sarah's. The house is superb, the bedding very nice and there is all the equipment in the kitchen for those who enjoy cooking! A weekend is almost not long enough to fully enjoy the house and the things to do in the area.

As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We will be happy to come back because this week spent here, was nothing but relaxation and healing. The maisonette is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles was a real favorite. Thanks for hosting us Alexis.

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

We spent two excellent nights in Déborah's cottage, the environment is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The pool is large and at an ideal temperature for chilly people like us. The accommodation is close to many stud farms for animal and nature enthusiasts.

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Cozy lodge with lots of space, privacy and beautiful views. Our dog loved the large lawn around it. We enjoyed the terrace in front of the lodge overlooking rolling meadows. The house has all the comforts. Nice beds and well-equipped kitchen. We were there for a stopover on our trip but you can easily spend a lot of nice time here with a family. The surroundings are rural and beautiful. The host is friendly, welcoming and quick to respond.

A very welcome stop on our cycling trip through Normandy. Very helpful hosts and we were able to cycle to the small but well stocked local supermarket (about 6km away) for provisions. A house that looks exactly like the picture!

a high-quality haven of peace. Birds, insects, curious cows😅, everything that cities don't have. A terrace for all times of the day and as a bonus, in the evening, the sublime lights of the setting sun that amaze us. a joy,🥰

Very nice welcome in this Percheron country house that has kept its character! Carine was extremely welcoming and we were able to enjoy this magical place as a family. All positive!

Sarah is a responsive host. Home was pristine and very family friendly. We really loved our stay. Lots of space and well set up for multiple guests. The only draw back was lack of wifi which made communication difficult as foreigners.

The Perche area is outstandingly beautiful. The apartment had a lovely view across the fields and into the distance. Saw deer everyday. The houses and towns in the area are very characterful. For those who like tourist attractions there is not a lot in the area. For those who just want peace and beauty you will not be disappointed. The spiral stairs up to the bedroom are steep but no different to what is advertised. The quality of the bathroom upstairs means you can confine to going up/down to once a day! Roads to and from the property are quiet and wide enough for two cars. We had a lovely 5 day stay.

Very nice house as described, tastefully decorated, with a beautiful fireplace and a beautiful enclosed garden, close to Mortagne and all its places. We had a great good days and hope to get back to it soon!

Long, quiet weekend in the countryside. Very quiet. Pleasant house inside and out. Perfect for a weekend with friends.

This pretty presbytery is full of charm and offered us a total disconnection. May not be very suitable for babies due to lack of sound insulation. Jean-Michel is a very kind and responsive host. I would recommned this property.

It is the second time we stayed at this magical cottage. The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

We had a very good weekend at Alexandra's house, there is everything you need, the outside is very nice.

We wanted to spend a few days cut off from the world with my partner and the house proposed by Hugues completely met our expectations: in the middle of the fields and on the edge of the forest. Big plus for the decor, the renovation of this tastefully made house, the little touches and the amenities offered! Finally, Hugues is kind and has good advice.

Very pleasant stay of a few days in this cottage, perfectly located to discover the Perche. A very clean cottage, well equipped for a family, located in a building whose garden overlooks fields as far as the eye can see, where you can enjoy the sun all day, in absolute calm, interrupted from time to time by the crowing of the rooster. For the happiness of children (as well as adults), animals are there, close but discreet, but I will not say more... not to mention the family jacuzzi sessions and the frenzied football games with Louis, who is so kind, and Voyelle, a dog of incredible sociability, very affectionate, and who accompanied us throughout our stay. An exotic and soothing place!
