Our stay at Marianne and Frédéric's was superb, a timeless moment in a real haven of peace. The exteriors are beautiful and so soothing: beautiful flowers, the lake, the pool… everything was perfect! The recommended addresses were a great help and the breakfast was excellent. Thanks also to Frédéric for the visit to his space dedicated to photography, it was very interesting. We'll be back, that's for sure!

We had a lovely weekend at Sarah's. The house is superb, the bedding very nice and there is all the equipment in the kitchen for those who enjoy cooking! A weekend is almost not long enough to fully enjoy the house and the things to do in the area.

As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, the safety and the cocooning spirit are felt. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the welcome, the decor and the bedding (not the least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We will be happy to come back because this week spent here, was nothing but relaxation and healing. The maisonette is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles was a real favorite. Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend this accommodation located in a very beautiful environment and in harmony with nature that invites you to disconnect completely. The amenities are incredible, especially the pool, which is really the highlight. Déborah and Paul are extremely welcoming and warm. Thanks again.

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Cozy lodge with lots of space, privacy and beautiful views. Our dog loved the large lawn around it. We enjoyed the terrace in front of the lodge overlooking rolling meadows. The house has all the comforts. Nice beds and well-equipped kitchen. We were there for a stopover on our trip but you can easily spend a lot of nice time here with a family. The surroundings are rural and beautiful. The host is friendly, welcoming and quick to respond.

A very welcome stop on our cycling trip through Normandy. Very helpful hosts and we were able to cycle to the small but well stocked local supermarket (about 6km away) for provisions. A house that looks exactly like the picture!

Very nice welcome in this Percheron country house that has kept its character! Carine was extremely welcoming and we were able to enjoy this magical place as a family. All positive!

Sarah is a responsive host. Home was pristine and very family friendly. We really loved our stay. Lots of space and well set up for multiple guests. The only draw back was lack of wifi which made communication difficult as foreigners.

The Perche area is outstandingly beautiful. The apartment had a lovely view across the fields and into the distance. Saw deer everyday. The houses and towns in the area are very characterful. For those who like tourist attractions there is not a lot in the area. For those who just want peace and beauty you will not be disappointed. The spiral stairs up to the bedroom are steep but no different to what is advertised. The quality of the bathroom upstairs means you can confine to going up/down to once a day! Roads to and from the property are quiet and wide enough for two cars. We had a lovely 5 day stay.

Very nice house as described, tastefully decorated, with a beautiful fireplace and a beautiful enclosed garden, close to Mortagne and all its places. We had a great good days and hope to get back to it soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the presbytery with the family. The setting is idyllic, the house beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable and the garden sumptuous. In short, everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back. Thanks to Jean-Michel's valuable advice, we even discovered crayfish fishing.

We had a great time. The house was very large, in a very charming rural setting, quiet and green. We had everything we needed on site and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. We recommend it, this accommodation is a gem!

The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. Great accommodation in the Perche! What a peaceful and secluded place, perfect for disconnecting for several days. The accommodation is very nice because it is very well equipped, you feel at home. Hugues has always been very responsive, friendly and flexible. Good location to keep!

We had a very good weekend at Alexandra's house, there is everything you need, the outside is very nice.

Excellent stay in the chalet of Aurélien and Tanya, decorated with care. Its location on the heights of Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei offers a beautiful panorama that we did not tire of, on the beautiful nature of the Alpes Mancelles both from the garden and from the different windows of the house. The renovation of the chalet is very qualitative. The Nordic bath is a plus and allowed us to have good moments of relaxation while admiring the landscape.
