The swimming pool and its barbecue area will enchant your summer meals. The apartment is located in a beachfront residence. Only a pedestrian path separates the residence from the beach. You will enjoy the furnished terrace with sea views from morning until evening. My place is close to leisure activities (water park, tennis, golf, sailing base...) and public transportation. You'll also love it for the outdoor spaces, the quiet neighborhood and the brightness. The accommodation is perfect for families, couples and business travelers (Wi-Fi, parking).

Excellent SOUTH orientation, perfect for families with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor and a master suite (consisting of 2 bedrooms), bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor. Ideal for 6/8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Renovated in 2015 in a contemporary style, very nice services. 2 large terraces and superb unobstructed views. Cellar for bicycle suitcases, parking, possibility to rent the deck in front of the marina!

Former bulk carrier, from 1962, transporting cereals, the La Belle Aimée Barge is now our year-round residence.
