Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Saint Lawrence River

This was the perfect place for my trip to Brunswick. It was near my sister’s house so I could easily walk over. It had lots of thoughtful touches that made my stay nice. It was comfortable and clean and all instructions were easy to follow to get into the place. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Well located place in a quiet environment, but close to the city anyway :) can accommodate a large number of people and the solarium is a nice place to unwind.

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Danielle’s place. It was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have experienced. Danielle was attentive, flexible, helpful, and always quick to respond. Her place was so peaceful and relaxing with a lovely view out back. There is an ice cream place across the street and wonderful restaurants nearby, some of which are walkable. We would stay here again!

Peaceful Retreat. We were in town for an event in South Royalton. Perfect location for our needs. The communication was superb and instructions were excellent. The property was very easy to find and it is beautiful. Very quiet and clean. There were a lot more amenities than I have seen at other properties. The provided snacks, drinks and bathrobes were especially nice. Fabulous bed and Linens. Very comfortable. If we are in the area in the future, we will be back. Thank you Alicia!

Gert’s place is super cute and cozy, exactly as pictured and described. It was conveniently located between Saranac lake and Lake Placid. It’s also a 3 minute walk to the rail trail which was a great way to end the day. We saw lots of wildlife including deer, turkeys and a snapping turtle! The kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel pans, knives, spices and lots of extras! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning kept it cool on the hot nights. Best part was being allowed to bring our furry friend who enjoyed the dog bed provided. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend!

House was great three bedrooms upstairs slept comfortably. House had that great cabin feel inside. As of 1/20/25 the snowmobile trails from the house had OK coverage. Jean was great and was very responsive to all my questions. I Would rent here again as it was everything we looked for and as close as the snowmobile trails.

Charming home, would definitely recommend!

My friends, family and I rented the whole house for the May long weekend for our annual fishing trip. It could not have been more perfect. With bad weather forecasted for the weekend everyone was extremely thankful to have a warm and comfortable place to return to. We enjoyed the wonderful beds and very nice showers. After being out in the rain, the laundry machines were a huge plus. The large and well equipped kitchens and screened in porches were perfect for all our cooking for our large group. After returning home after the weekend, all we can hope for is to return next year.

Nicole's place was the perfect homebase for our week long trip in The Maritimes. The place was cozy, clean and relaxing. Every potential need had been anticipated...cold water in the fridge, snacks on the counter, robes and towels for the hot tub, games for night time fun, additional toiletries if we forgot essentials. Nothing was missing or needed. We had such a great stay. When I had a question during the stay, Nicole not only responded immediately, but followed up to make sure everything was going well. It sounds cliché, but I truly can't say enough about what a wonderful time we had at Nicole's place. Look no further, this place is your next place to stay! Even though this destination is 1000's of miles from home, we will be back and I can't wait to return. Thank you so much for everything, Nicole!

This countryside retreat was an absolute gem! You get the entire house to yourself, surrounded by a massive green lawn and a beautiful river flowing nearby. The huge living room window offers a stunning view of the water, trees, and distant mountains—it honestly feels like looking at a painting. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of pots, pans, plates, and bowls, so you can easily cook up a delicious meal and enjoy it right outside on the grass under the open sky. There’s even a pavilion with a grill next to the house—if you’re a fan of barbecues, this place is a dream come true. Every corner of the home was full of surprises and charm. Five stars without a doubt—highly recommended!

Amazing place with everything you could need. So great that they let us use the kayaks and dock. The house was the perfect size with lots of hangout spots. The neighbor’s dog came to visit several times and was so sweet! A bit far from things but that’s no problem because we wanted to spend pretty much all our time at the house if we weren’t at Acadia! Thanks :)

Very well equipped, clean and access to Lake 1. Parc de la Biche nearby with hebertism trail and beautiful beach! We'll be back!

Fernando’s place was perfect for our group trip. The location was ideal -- right in the heart of the city and walkable to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Fernando was also a great host -- responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Montreal with a group!
