Xavier is a very welcoming, human and caring host, he did not hesitate to take the necessary initiatives to offer me a pleasant stay by offering me good places to eat. I came to Arras to take a very stressful exam and I found in this apartment, the calm and tranquility that I needed to settle down and study calmly. We spent a stay in an exceptional setting! The accommodation is very neatly decorated, super well furnished and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, barbecue...) It is ideally located, surrounded by greenery, quiet, and close to amenities (bakery, supermarket). The setting is ideal for relaxing or spending a good time with friends. In addition, Anne Sophie is very responsive, and available if needed. We will book this accommodation again. I recommend it 100%

A superb few days at Marion & Benjamin’s place in Arras! Spotlessly clean with everything you’ll ever need. A fan was left for me when we arrived after my request which was a lovely gesture. Easy to park car outside the house (free), nice garden and patio to relax on. A very pleasant few days in a beautiful town.
