The cottage (once an old barn) has been recently renovated to a high standard. It provides a comfortable lounge/diner with new sofa bed (tempur top mattress) and separate chair. Dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. 2 large double bedrooms with original features, a large bathroom with `L` bath and shower, and a large separate toilet. A recently fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Large outside play area, with games, and private terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs.

Charming house combining exposed stones and wooden beams combined with modern furniture. All within walking distance of a half-timbered stable, typical of Normandy. Other than the horses, you can admire the 2 expanses of water on which you can sail aboard a boat and listen to the song of the frogs. The sun falling, enjoy the barbecue at your disposal and sit on the waterfront picnic table.

Le Vieux Fournil still has the original bread oven opening into the living space in this wonderfully quirky building. The kitchen and bathroom are housed in the original woodstore and pig sty and the bedroom is converted in the hayloft. The house is 2 km’s from the historic town of Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified medieval chateau., winding streets and gardens.
