Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Poêle à bois devant un large canapé, cuisine totalement équipée, 1 chambre double et 2 simples, climatisation, douche à l'italienne multi-jets, Wifi, smart TV, jeux de société et d'extérieurs, barbecue… Parking, cour et jardin privatifs. Petit déjeuner, pâtisseries, vins et bières locales (supplément). Familles bienvenues.

Bienvenue chez Manouloup, Je vous propose un agréable appartement avec une entrée indépendante dans une maison familiale entourée d'un grand jardin. Parking sécurisé. Le logement comprend 2 chambres, une salle de bain, et une cuisine séjour équipée avec clic clac, (draps et linge de maison fournis). A votre disposition matériel de Puériculture (cf photos) un salon de jardin, des jeux pour enfants. Proche commerces de proximité, 10 min de Beaune en voiture ou par la piste cyclable. Non fumeur.

Studio 15 minutes de Beaune/20 minutes de Chalon

Studio neuf (2 pers maximum) Réfri, pl de cuisson, m-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, douche et wc, serviettes de toilette fournies. Chambre à l'étage avec lit 2 pers, bureau, télévision, wifi et climatisation. Attention l'accès à la chambre se fait par escalier pentu (voir photos). Vous pourrez profiter d'un grand jardin arboré, transats, coin repas et parking clos au pied du studio. Idéalement situé à 15' de Beaune ou Chalon sur Saône dans petit village calme doté de plusieurs commerces.

Ce loft climatisé est unique, il est situé en plein coeur du centre historique tout en étant au calme au fond d'une cour à proximité immédiate des Hospices. Il possède une vue incroyable sur la place Carnot et même sur le clocher des Hospices. Nous l'avons entièrement rénové et décoré avec des matériaux nobles de qualité.
