This nice quiet house is independent, but adjoins on one side (our house). It has a small terrace and a small garden. You will enjoy a 4-seater Jacuzzi, from which you will have exceptional views of the Dordogne. When you leave, 1 charming little staircase will take you directly to the waterfront. You can access the city center along the river. 10 minutes from St Emilion, all amenities nearby.

Ideally located in the middle of the vineyard, the harvesters' house combines modern comfort with family furniture, all forming a nice contrast in which you immediately feel comfortable. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. The house has 2 double rooms.
