This 24m2 home on the 1st floor of a quiet and well-located residence offers a nice, well appointed living room. The kitchen area includes: glass-ceramic, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need to cook. The loggia hosts the dining area. The main room is furnished with a standard double bed, TV with wifi box. In the entrance the dressing room will make your installation easier. The lovely bathroom with newly renovated toilet is functional.

Le Mas Jouvenceau welcomes you with family or friends in the heart of the preserved peninsula of Saint Mandrier sur Mer. In a quiet area, this traditional old fisherman's house can accommodate 6 people. Ideally located, 100 m from the center of the village (all shops) and the port (pier for Toulon and Porquerolles). A hiking trail at the very foot of the house will take you to a preserved beach dotted with wild coves. (5 beaches a stone's throw away)
