This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

Our house is located in the historic heart of St Martin, a 5-minute walk to the port and shops, in a quiet residence, built in the 2000s on the model of a Charentais village. It has 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen equipped with all amenities. Meals can be enjoyed in the flowery courtyard. We will be there to welcome you, answer your questions and introduce you to the charms of Île de Ré for a successful stay.
