Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Martin-d'Hères

Hi, I booked this rental because I knew it from having used it a few months ago. I found it to be as impeccable as ever, easy to access, pleasant view, quality service; however, I do not use the kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and functional. The whole place is welcoming, just like Léa, who is always available to offer or provide a service! I'll go back at the next opportunity.

Very good stay, beautiful studio with very large pleasant terrace. Popular neighborhood but so quiet with everything nearby. Excellent.

We loved our stay in Felix1! Very central, but with windows facing the inner yard no noise from the street. Extremely walkable, very close to train station and city center, a supermarket and a bakery around the corner and close to the river for morning runs, if you fancy one. The apartment is spacious and clean, with enough cutlery and appliances for both short and long stay (though having shampoo/washing gel in the bathroom would be great, it wasn't an issue for us, but bring yours just in case). Overall great value. Would definitely stay again when in Grenoble.

Marie's place is very nice, in a quiet environment and as described. Very well equipped and very clean. Pleasant to live in and you can really cook. This apartment has a soul, it's not the sanitized airbnb... we arrive in an apartment that the owners occupy part of the year and that changes everything! That was the spirit of airbnb in its early days. Very nice welcome from Lorene, Marie's daughter. Marie and Lorene are available and responsive. I spent a weekend at Sylvain's place. It is quiet and not overlooked. The place is tastefully renovated. The place is also well-equipped. The view from the accommodation is great. A very nice place to relax/spend a quiet stay.

Insanely beautiful house and garden, ecologically exemplary, in wonderful surroundings, soothing birdsong, hedgehogs passing by at dusk, beautiful art, great amenities (organic coffee, teas, goat's milk soap, flowers, welcome walnuts). Extremely courteous and lovely hostess Christelle.

Good location, close to many shops (bakery, U store, post office...); the house corresponded to our need with its large living room, the terrace and the garden.

A perfect stay! Daniel is very available, flexible and communication was quick and pleasant. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and very well equipped. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathtub in the bathroom is beautiful. The calm of the neighborhood and the unobstructed view offer a real break for relaxation. Parking space is a real plus. Very close to Grenoble! It felt like home!

Very well located apartment, 10 min walk from the city center, quiet. The park around the residence is very pleasant. The apartment is functional and very pleasant, with a travel cot and high chair, which is very nice when traveling with a baby. We will be back!
