At the foot of the Forez mountains, in the heart of a medieval village in St Germain Laval and in the historic center, the Nid d'Ange Germanois welcomes you and offers a pedestrian circuit to discover its history. The apartment is located in a quiet and picturesque area. It is in this charming village that you can relax and enjoy the shops. Our village is 5 km from the A89/A72 highway, 45 minutes from Lyon or Clermont-Ferrand, and 30 minutes from Saint-Étienne.

You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

Comfortable gîte a few steps from the Chalmazel ski resort. Lots of sports activities and hiking. Local gastronomy to discover. Many sights like the Bâtie d'Urfé, Priory of Pommier, Volerie du Forez. A terrace for relaxing, for your barbecues and aperitifs. A play area with slide and swing is available for the little ones. Come and discover the quietness of the countryside a short walk from the city. The exteriors are shared with us.

For those who want to take it easy, we have something to delight your taste buds!

La cabane d'Elzear

10 minutes from the highway, between Clermont, Lyon, St Etienne and Roanne. Elzear loves and lives in nature in "The Man Who Planted Trees" by Giono. A place of rest and calm, disconnection and essentials. Old honey house, where you can rest, warm up, sleep, cook simply and take the opportunity to recharge and go on beautiful hikes... I receive guests with ease and remain attentive to your wishes to interact or not.

Gîte in the heart of nature near Les Echarmeaux.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay surrounded by nature. Children will have games (swing, zip line, slide). Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. Sheets available (140 bed and 90 bed). For towels (to reserve 3 euros per person) We have a dog on the premises. CLARIFICATION: we accept pets (€5) please register them. Please note that they will have to live with our animals.
