The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been designed to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings alongside our bistro restaurant next door. The cabin is the perfect fishing and relaxing location and we have a healthy stock of large catfish (silure) and carp for your enjoyment. The cabin is suited to fishermen and couples (supplement cost to fish - ask for details) A BBQ, firepit, and a pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

La Maison Benaise

La Maison Benaise, our bicentennial farm, welcomes guests who are mainly looking for tranquility and nature (Natura 2000 site). Guests can enjoy beautiful walks in the hilly Charente landscape. Sports enthusiasts can practice mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in the river or lakes around us or simply relax with a book and a drink on the sunny terrace. For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.

Dating back to the 17th century, you will be seduced by the atmosphere of yesteryear - exposed beams and stones, large fireplace, kitchen with the internal bread oven...but it is a cottage renovated to live comfortably with central heating and wifi etc...
