This spacious cottage will give you an air of tranquility, taking advantage of the authentic charm of Ardèche houses. Located a 3-min walk from the village bakery/delicatessen but also 5 min from a river where the Ardèche water flows, Greenway 50 m from the gîte on foot.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Situé en Ardèche Méridionale, appartement neuf 73m2 climatisé tout confort sous villa. A proximité de Voguë, Ruoms, Balazuc (village de caractère) et des gorges de l'Ardèche. A 3 minutes de la voie verte. Avec une vue exceptionnelle, une piscine privée où vous pourrez vous détendre en toute tranquillité. La piscine est chauffée d'avril à octobre. Grande terrasse privative avec plancha à disposition.

For lovers of nature, hikes, the river or lovers altogether you will be in the heart of the southern Ardeche in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Less than 30 minutes from must-see tourist site such as the Cavernne du Pont d 'Arc, Gorge de l' Ardèche, Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Ruoms or Balazuc. But also preserved and less known site like Rochecolombe, La Belleme , Vernon.

And if you spend your vacation in a village house out of sight or you could relax in the sun in its small garden, go in flip-flops to swim in the river, go for a market tour in Vogüe on foot or by bike, go to discover Balazuc via the greenway and in the evening have an aperitif and enjoy the barbecue for a dinner under the incredible Ardèche starry sky.
