Ideally located in Charron to visit the Vendée and its beaches and the islands of the Atlantic coast (Île de Ré, Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix), Fort Boyard, the Palmyre Zoo, the Poitevin marsh, the Green Venice etc...

Privileged location 100 m from a beautiful beach of La Faute-sur-Mer. 22 m2 2-room apartment with kitchenette, sofa and TV; 1 bedroom with 160 X 190 bed for 2 people, with possibility of separating the beds (on request); Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace with garden table and chairs. Linens and towels are provided. WIFI included. In July and August, 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Vacation home for a holiday or a weekend in a very quiet area. Private swimming pool from May to September. You will appreciate the stunning view of the countryside, where in summer you will admire magnificent sunsets, over a good barbecue! Close to all shops, Faute sur Mer beach is 6 km away, but away from crowds! The games room is appreciated by everyone , the house is very friendly, summer and winter!

This building is composed ofan entire home totally self-contained and independent, ideally located 15 minutes from the beaches accommodation for up to 6 people. No additional tax depending on the number of people. Linens and towels are included.

The Moulin Musseau cottage is located 10 minutes from the beach by car, 30 minutes by bike (bike path from the village). 100 m² single-storey cottage fully renovated in 2023 for 6 people. Linens and towels are not provided The cleaning fee is not included, we ask that the accommodation be left clean and tidy.

House 50 m from the swimming area and shops. You will find an entrance hall, a living room with its kitchenette and sofa bed, a small room for use as a bedroom with bunk beds. A bathroom with a toilet. All on an inner courtyard, not overlooked, with a barbecue.
