Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Beautiful, very quiet 70 m2 apartment with all amenities located on the 1st and top floor. It is 5 minutes from the highway junction between the A71 and the A89, exit 12.1. You will be the only occupants of this building in the heart of Combronde city center. A large enclosed courtyard is available to park your vehicle. Close to all shops (supermarket, bakeries, butcher and health professionals) this accommodation is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen, baby kit) No pets.

This 35 m2 cottage is attached to the guest house but separated by a central room that allows guests to have the desired tranquility in a large wooded area. The accommodation has a double bed in a bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, easily accommodating 4 people. A baby bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
