The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.
