Its location is ideal for visiting Auch, Montauban, the medieval village of Sarrant and the surrounding villages renowned for their market hall. The house has a swimming pool (10x5 m), a shaded terrace and a wooded park. Hiking trails are accessible. The owners live right next door but the layout of the houses offers complete privacy.

Vous disposerez de votre propre salle de bain et sanitaire ainsi que d'un petit coin cuisine. Possibilité de manger en "terrasse", devant le studio, avec vu sur la campagne Gersoise et le coucher de soleil. Maison située en bout de route, donc peu de passage et possibilité de ballade au départ du studio.
