Comfortable accommodation, large pleasant and bright studio with sea views. The city center is accessible on foot quite quickly, especially very pleasant by the sea. Isabelle is very responsive in short we had a lovely stay at her place and in St Palais in general.

Nothing to say, the hosts are very responsive. The accommodation is very well located. I recommend it.

An incredible and very beautiful building with a history, ultra cozy apartment very well equipped with an exceptional and rare terrace of this size, the Pontaillac neighborhood is the prettiest and chicest in Royan.

The apartment is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance: whether it's shops, restaurants, or the office beach. The duplex is decorated with taste . We had a great week in this very bright apartment. Sandrine is lovely.

Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. A very beautiful, very well maintained, peaceful Airbnb and all amenities within walking distance, covered market 200 m away, Super U and the beach. I highly recommend it.

We were surprised, upon arrival, by the quality of the accommodation and its cleanliness. The accommodation is close to the seaside and shops. We recommend it to couples looking for comfort, calm, walking or cycling.

Last-minute accommodation, Clémence was able to be responsive and book the accommodation for me in just 3 hours, on a whim we wanted to go to the ocean and it's not easy to find accommodation, but Clémence was able to be quick, very pleasant and available for her tenants, thank you very much Clémence for your welcome

We had a great time at Vanessa's place. The apartment is spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Parking space is really a plus. Listing as described, Johnny and Mélissa really thought of everything to allow you to spend a week or a relaxing stay with comfort. Comfortable bed, with the Spa that adds a complement to the accommodation. In a quiet and well-located area, close to all shops and tourist places. We would highly recommend for a couple! Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞
