Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Gîte in Cantal at the foot of Puy Mary and 15 minutes from Salers, one of the most beautiful villages in France. The gîte is located in Lesmaronies in the municipality of Saint Paul de Salers in a large wooded park. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140 cm and a single bed of 90 cm and the other with a double bed of 140 cm, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine, kitchen open to the living room, garage, outdoor barbecue, garden furniture.

Op 1200 meter hoogte, op een bergkam midden in het vulkanische Cantal-gebergte, word je wakker van koeienbellen en vogelgezang. Geen verkeersgeluiden — alleen open lucht en een weids uitzicht over de vallei. Vanuit het huis stap je direct op wandelroutes richting de Puy Mary. Binnen wacht een volledig uitgeruste keuken, twee slaapkamers met boxspringbedden en een pelletkachel voor de koele bergavonden. Ideaal voor wie écht wil loskomen van de drukte.
