Welcome to the southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private saltwater pool. Everything is present to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing and boules games. The house and the enclosed land are independent, the owners have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel.

Independent apartment in Farmhouse – private pool – terraces

The accommodation is a part of the Mas with an independent entrance and its own small swimming pool (not shared) and two terraces. It is about 45 m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, a storage area, a kitchenette and a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The whole space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchen area. The terrace faces east, very nice in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal pool.

The authentic hamlet with its stone houses of the country, to a lot of charm, it is located at 400m altitude, facing south. The view is beautiful and changes according to the seasons and climate. The cottage is at the end of the cul de sac road that leads to the top of the hamlet of Malbosquet. Numerous hikes around the cottage, swimming in the river at maximum 10min by car.
