Very cozy, large apartment over the entire 1st floor of an old house down in the valley on the street, yet quiet. Good starting point for trips to the rear valley or up towards Sampeyre. Balcony along the entire length of the house to the rear, the Maira rushing deep below. Great old wooden floor, beautiful mix of old and new furniture. The house has a lot of atmosphere, I especially liked the kitchen. Kitchen well equipped. Information material for hikes is also available. Very nice stay!

Very good location, quiet, close to the lifts. The apartment is modern with balconies and well arranged. Good welcome from Christelle who gave us restaurant addresses outside Vars city center.

Everything was spotless, great stay at little Anita, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and warm there is absolutely nothing missing. Easy to access, private parking, nearby supermarket and shuttle to the slopes down the stairs, what more could you ask for? Thanks to Kevin and Gaelle for hosting us, we'll definitely come back! Great family weekend in this large, very comfortable and well appointed apartment. The bedding is comfortable even the sofa bed . Christelle was very welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it.

I had a great time at this charming little studio with mountain views. After a good day of skiing, we want to enjoy this apartment with a good book and a blanket. Access to the shuttle is convenient just 3 min walk away. Thank you for a great stay.

Located in the heart of Barcelonnette:shops, restaurants, cinema , local products market and nearby walks, all within walking distance. Very well equipped for one or two people. Sébastien and his co-host, Isabelle are super responsive, friendly and helpful. Barcelonnette is beautiful in all seasons but I am not objective since I have known the valley since I was a child! I would be happy to come back to Sebastien's place ( and it has nothing to do with the fact that the apartment is just above one of the best pastry shops in the area;)). See you soon Barcelo' !

Beautiful apartment, very functional and very well located for hiking in the surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful chalet. Siegfried was proactive and very helpful with any questions that we had. The location is stunning, it is an easy walk to the village / ski shop and lifts or you can use the shuttle. The furnishings in the chalet are beautiful, the beds are very comfy and the kitchen is very very well appointed with stunning bathrooms. Thoroughly recommended.

We rented Elsa's place with our 3 children (6-11 years old) for a few days. Very functional accommodation, good location. Elsa was always very friendly. The hikes recommended by Elsa were beautiful and within reach of children. Shops nearby 10min walk. I would highly recommend it

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its warm and inviting atmosphere, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The chalet is perfectly located—just a short walk to the lifts and village shops—making it an ideal spot for a seamless ski holiday. The interiors are tastefully decorated, blending modern elegance with cozy alpine charm. We especially loved gathering in the spacious living area by the fireplace, enjoying board games after a day on the slopes. The amenities are truly top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the ski room with boot warmers—a game-changer for early morning outings! And of course, the sauna was a welcome luxury after long days in the snow. A huge thank you to Arno and Mel for being such fantastic hosts and for creating such a wonderful place for guests to enjoy. We can’t wait to return for another magical stay. Highest recommendation!

Very nice and tidy place, Cecile very responsive and helpful if we needed anything. The house is nice and tidy and feels like a warm home. The nature and surroundings are just beautiful!

Lovely home in the mountain, very peaceful and perfect for a quiet break. A car is definitely needed but it is not far to drive to some lovely towns and the lake. Sabine and Pascal were very helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond to look after us!

There were 5 of us + 2 dogs and it was wonderful. Great location and it was great for the dogs. Alexandre is super friendly and communication was always smooth and fast.

Listing as described! At the foot of the slopes, we were able to fully enjoy our days thanks to this superb apartment! Amazing views & very beautiful spaces inside, which is rare! The apartment is tastefully decorated and everything was very clean when we arrived, thank you for all that, we will come back without hesitation. Only small downside for "the whole residence", more reception and the pool only opens from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is not hot at all:/

The stay at Romain's was excellent, everything was as advertised and there was absolutely everything we needed. The train station and supermarket are a stone's throw away, the location is great. Romain was also available for any questions or concerns.

Great accommodation!!! Everything is done on foot (lake, shops, water activities, hikes, city stadium...) the jaccuzi , just for us,is the cherry on the cake especially after a nice hike! The place is spacious and very well equipped, nothing missing, great bedding! Thank you Sophie for your responsiveness and great hospitality! We will be back and it will be more than 4 nights!!!

Nice and well arranged accommodation. Nice exterior and proximity to ski slope (200m), shops and activity (rail sledding, snowmobile etc.)

A pleasant ski-in ski-out apartment. Fully matched the pictures. The box spring bed in the bedroom is very comfortable for adults, the sofa beds in the living room are fine for children or teenagers. We were there with 5 (two adults and 3 teenagers) and had enough space to store everything because the apartment is practically furnished (which is not always the case with ski in ski out apartments). If you call the key manager before arrival, please ask in which building you should register and rent sheets (that is not at the reception of the residence of the apartment). We had not asked for this and did not know where to apply, fortunately the host Cindy responds super quickly to messages, so that was quickly in order. Friendly and quick to respond host.

4 days spent in Les Orres at the top. Very well located apartment, clean and with everything you need to feel good and comfortable. Thank you for the quality of the communication and the clarity of the information. We'll be happy to go back 😊
