Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. We rent a totally independent space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, in our house in the countryside. Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

At the gates of the 24h circuit, you can ideally enjoy the great events punctuating the mancelle year, but also the mancelle region. In a large house, you'll have all the comforts you need to rest. Private bathroom and WC except for major events on the circuit . Easy parking in the courtyard with the possibility of connecting your electric car (standard socket). Breakfast can be served if desired (€5/pers).
