This new home with a fenced garden terrace in a peaceful village offers a relaxing stay for all the family. It is located 3 km from the edge of Lac du Bourget. Close to the village of Chanaz (6 km) with its Canal de Savières, called "la petite venise Savoyarde" and the Abbey of Hautecombe. Lac du Bourget with its wild coasts and mountains is authentic, ideal for: relaxing, practicing sports (hikes, bicycles, nautical, aerial, ...), motorcycle rides.

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Arbo' Gîte: Renovated villa of more than 180 m²

Located in Ain, in Arboys-en-Bugey, close to Belley. A quiet and relaxing corner between lakes and mountains. Our cottage combines the modern and authentic side of a former upholstery store. You will enjoy very large space indoors and out. It has a capacity of 1 to 16 people with a living room of more than 60 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is adjoining our house but not facing it. The entrance and parking are independent.
