We are located at the top of the hill, quiet, in a pleasant and green setting, with panoramic views of the valley, and our sheep park. We are close to the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne Valley, Sarlat, Domme, Marqueyssac, La Roque Gageac and an hour from the most beautiful sites of the Lot, such as Rocamadour, the Padirac Chasm... La Grange at Le Clos du Comte is a beautifully converted stone barn, originally dating from 1848, and located in Mas de Cause, a hamlet about 2 km above the village of Daglan. It is within 25 km of the medieval town of Sarlat and all the major sights of the Dordogne, including the Vallée des Cinq Chateaux. At the end of a busy day, you can return to relax on the estate, which comprises 18 hectares (approximately 45 acres) of unspoiled, utterly tranquil forest and pasture.

Halfway between the bastide of Monpazier and the famous city of Sarlat, the cottage is ideally placed to offer you the charms of the countryside and the visit of the great sites of Périgord. Surrounded by an orchard, you can enjoy seasonal fruit and eggs from our hens. This is a farm stay with many animals and there is no wifi.

The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
