La Chataigne - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. La Chataigne is at the front of the house with one more gite and the owners home. Behind the house are two larger gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for four.

Very nice house of 120m2 with upstairs 3 bedrooms with 140 beds and a small bedroom/games room with bunk beds in 90 that can accommodate 2 additional children (board games, books, etc...) a bathroom with shower and wc. On the ground floor, large living room dining room with TV, wifi, darts, wood stove, baby chair... equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fryer air, senseo, toaster, dishwasher,etc.) Large garden with summer kitchen, trampoline, and pétanque court!

Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The ideal isolated escape ! Perfect to déconnect, rest and recharge. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.

This charming accommodation offers easy access to the city center and is on the greenway for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. You have the entire gîte at your disposal as well as a small garden. Possibilities of some hikes with me in the surrounding mountains. I can also offer an English language stay.
