come and discover this charming Charentaise house of 140 m2 located in the heart of the great Champagne that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with views of the countryside and the vines in Juillac le coq, which is 15 minutes from Cognac, 5 minutes from Segonzac. A few steps away, white paths invite you to long walks or bike rides. Electric bicycles and mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the region.

Accommodations

Elegant 70m2 duplex in the heart of a picturesque village between Cognac and Angouleme. Kitchen open to beautiful bright living space, two large bedrooms with storage. Cognac and its heritage, the tranquil Charente. Many family activities related to nature:canoeing, water skiing, cycling flow, paleo-site, GR4, angling, bd museum, ULM ... Close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, Api grocery store, farmers' market, fresh pizza box...) and historical sites.

self-contained housing

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Le logement se situe à 850m à pied de la gare et de 1km à pied du centre ville !
