Recently renovated, retaining its traditional rustic charm - the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

Located on the hillsides in the heart of the classified grand crus and less than a 25-minute walk from Saint-Émilion. Accommodation is nice in all seasons thanks to its view - an expanse of vines where the leaves change colors. Starting October 4, 2024, the common garden will be lawn-free for garden renewal. With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.

Cabin built mainly with recycled materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior layout, suitable for both short and long stays.
