Wifi coupé en permanence (sauf urgence) pour moins de nuisances fréquentielles, pas de tv mais vidéoprojecteurs pour les cinéphiles. Grande cuisine, salon et SDB commun. Louable à la chambre (3 chambres et 3 prix différents) ou au gite autonome (je loge dans un autre batiment).

Sur la Via Santa Martini. -Je ne fourni pas les draps, sauf pour les pèlerins Santa Martini. 6 couchages + 1 bébé, Cuisine équipée , Wifi Terrain clos 1400m2 Chiens admis sauf dans les chambres. De 01/10 à 01/05 +13€/nuit en raison du chauffage : 2 pompes à chaleur+radiateurs+cheminée bois. Pendant les fêtes et les vacances, je ne loue pas pour une seule nuit .
