We are located in a cul-de-sac. We are 15 minutes' drive from Ile de Ré and Chatelaillon, 20 minutes from Rochefort and Fouras. The city center of La Rochelle is accessible 15 min by bike, well served with bike paths and by bus (bus stops are close to the house). The city center of Périgny is 5 min walk with all shops and a great U supermarket is 3 km walk. Close to Parc des Coureilles and the aquatic center
