Elodie was very welcoming and responsive to our questions. The instructions for finding the accommodation and the parking space were very clear. The accommodation is functional and refurbished with great taste. We slept very well. Frankly, don't hesitate to go there!

The place is very nice and centrally located. Erika responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. We would definitely come back if we were in the area again.

The accommodation is lovingly furnished. Here and there, some additional cleaning could be done. For example, the ventilation slots on the towel dryer in the bathroom. We stayed at the property for one night. Completely sufficient for the overnight stay. We didn't use anything in the kitchen, so I can't say if everything is functional. But everything is available, such as an oven, water surface, raclette and toaster.

Ideal for a stay in Valence, in the pedestrian zone, everything easily accessible on foot and yet quiet. Very nice apartment in an architecturally highly interesting house! Clear recommendation!

We had a good and relaxing stay at Cyril's. We were well received by his mother, and the telephone exchanges with Cyril were also very pleasant. The house is pleasant, well decorated and lively. The equipment is very complete. The pool and its terrace are very pleasant at the end of the day. The neighborhood is quiet, with a nice view of the village. Lots to see nearby, Ardèche is a very beautiful destination!

The days at Kevin and Letitia's accommodation were wonderful. There is so much to discover in the area and the great, very well-kept property in the middle of nature has made it very easy for us to switch off and enjoy the holiday! Such a lovely family who welcomed us so warmly!

It was a wonderful place for our cycling team. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to the Ardechoise. We hope to come back soon to enjoy the place more.

We had a great weekend at Alexandre's house. The house is very beautiful, there were 12 of us and we were well received by Sara, who was accommodating with the schedule. the veranda was a significant plus because we came across a windy weekend. I had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place, absolutely delightful. A perfect place to press the pause button and recharge your batteries. One of the first things I noticed was the silence, no noise, no traffic. Just nature and your own footsteps. Valerie is such a kind and caring host, she created a beautiful cocoon to retreat yourself and fully submerge in the stunning natural surroundings. The place was very clean and comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste, beautiful wood structures and natural elements. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

We spent two weeks at Maxence and Déborah's place and it was two wonderful weeks. The accommodation is perfect, nothing is missing and everything is provided for the comfort of the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Outside, a magnificent terrace as well as a play area for children (trampoline, swing, etc.) as well as a courtyard to play pétanque, molki, etc. And what about the pool... heated, with exceptional views of the Ardèche reliefs.
