The small house

Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and durable materials, self-contained in water (non-drinking rainwater collection but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drôme Valley. In the heart of nature, magnificent views of the village and mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (watch out for the road!). Friendly cats on site... Ideal house for 2, walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of 1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

The Domaine Thym et Romarin, a nature gîte open year-round, is a house attached to our living space but totally independent. It is located on an atypical estate of 5000 m², with furnished terraces. Venez faire un petit voyage dans l’ambiance norvégienne, et profiter d’un bain nordique en pleine nature La cabane est situé à Piégros la Clastre, au pied des contreforts de la forêt de Saou. Admirez la vue sur la forêt, le château de Piégros, les montagnes et le ciel étoilé la nuit. Plongez vous dans un bain chaud fumant, bercé par le bruit de la forêt : les hiboux, les chevreuils… Le bain nordique n’est pas disponible en été à cause des risques d’incendie.

It is an old sheepfold like no other, today a small completely independent refuge on the ground floor of our village house with a nice view of the orchards . We imagined it for you, it is resolutely raw and modern at the same time, we have kept the vaults and the old stones, used natural materials and thought of your comfort in the smallest details. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
