Welcome to our charming accommodation "l'Escale du voyage à Nantes" launched in 2023, an ideal place to rest whether you are on a business trip or a weekend with family or friends. 35 m2 2-room accommodation with private terrace, ideally located in the municipality of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire (ring road 2 min, city center shops 400 m, quick access to Nantes airport or SNCF train station in 10 min, bus 100 m for access to Nantes city center in 15 min, banks of the Loire 5 min).

Apartment with private garden

If you come to visit Nantes and the surroundings, you'll be glad to stay in this quiet 3 room-apartment of 50 m2, ideally located in the center of Saint Sebastien sur Loire, at the first floor of a detached house. The ground floor is inhabited but with a separate entrance . You'll be able to enjoy an evening on the terrace of its private garden. Shops nearby. Downtown Nantes is 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes with The Bus line C9 or The Train station Les Pas enchantés.

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Close to the train station (3 tram stops), in the heart of the Toutes Aides district, come and taste the spirit of a small Nantes village... This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Nice apartment of 34 m2, completely renovated overlooking a garden and a terrace. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. It's very easy to park safely in front of the house. It is very close to an Intermarché (800 m) or a Super U (1 km). A bus (200 m) from the house, allows you to reach the busway that takes you to downtown Nantes. The accommodation is very close to the nursing or physiotherapist school and the banks of the Loire

The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 living room sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully-equipped kitchen 1 shower 1 toilet You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
