Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Welcome to our apartment located in the St Jacques district, close to the Loire and Sèvre. Functional accommodation, ideal for a business or tourist stay. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, of a residence with elevator. This is a comfortable, fully equipped accommodation of 45m2. Ideally located 600 meters from tram lines 2 and 3, and bus line 4, the city center is only 15 minutes away. If you prefer to get around by bike, Bicloo station is 100 meters away.

Our house is from the 1950s, and it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
