Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

Small apartment right by the harbor with many possibilities to do something. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Saint-Malo: We were able to cook excellently in the very well-equipped kitchen and sit comfortably on the terrace "in the greenery". Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bakery, cafes, restaurants with varied flavors and shops; the old town is within walking distance. We were very satisfied - thank you to Francoise!

We were greeted by a lovely couple who introduced us to a perfect accommodation for 2 people. Christian made several recommendations for visiting the city of Saint Malo that were very useful to us! The accommodation is very well located, 10 min walk from Saint Malo Intra-muros. This is a very good starting point for visits/walks. Please note that the accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with narrow and steep stairs. It didn't bother us (a little complicated for the suitcases😅). I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in Saint Malo for a few days!

We had a great time. François is very responsive and adapted to us for our arrival despite his busy schedule. The accommodation is very well located, close to Intramuros. We had plenty of recommendations for places. The apartment is very functional and the neighborhood is really very quiet. We recommend 100%

Beautiful cottage, with beautiful garden, next to the church, in the middle of Saint Suliac. Everything we needed was there, we enjoyed the peace. Saint Suliac is beautiful, there was a supermarket and a bakery nearby. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. The crêperie around the corner is highly recommended

Thanks to Pascale and Jean-Luc we had a wonderful time as a family! The house is superb with everything you need, the sea view amazed us all week, we recommend +++ you will feel like you are out of time. Thank you for your hospitality and availability!

We had a great stay at this house. The rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. All the necessary equipment was available, which made our stay very convenient. The garden is very cute. Very good location with shops very close by. Downtown Saint Malo is within walking distance which avoids traffic jams to find a place. The accommodation is nice address to keep for an upcoming visit to Saint Malo. The very helpful host and good advice.

Luc and Fanny's place is really very nice and as described. Everything is thought out to have a good time: nice cocooning interior decoration, quiet accommodation and Luc and Fanny are very welcoming. Don't hesitate to take this place to discover Saint-Malo 😉

We had a great time in the studio. Very nice accommodation, super clean, quiet, great bedding, magnificent view, free parking. The explanations are very clear to access the accommodation. A big thank you to Régis for his kindness. Finally, everything is perfect.

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
