Very good stay, clean accommodation and well located in the city

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

The apartment is beautiful, luminous and spacious. Well-equipped kitchen and beautiful plants on the penthouse terrace. The terrace itself is as big as the apartment and wraps around it on three sides. It’s great for having breakfast or dinner, or reclining on the lounge-chairs. The views are very impressive. Sidonie herself is friendly and helpful. It’s the nicest Airbnb we have had to date.

This place is perfectly magical and Melina is a brilliant host. Thoughtful details and carefully curated surroundings in the perfect location for a walkable city make this the best place in town. A perfect couple of days and a wonderful host leave me feeling grateful and joyful.

My family was very satisfied with choosing this accommodation, and the host was so kind.😊 It is in the best location to enjoy the sea! There are grocery stores and delicious restaurants nearby. There was also an air conditioner, so we were able to spend it cool, and the wine you prepared was a great comfort to us who were tired from the trip.💕 Above all, the restaurant run by the host was the most delicious restaurant I ate during my trip to France. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Our experience with Khadija's rental exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb itself was adorable and I couldn't get over with how many useful items it included. There were spices and other cooking items to use at our leisure as well as games to play under the TV. The unit also included two TVs and access to Netflix which was great for unwinding at night before bed. The patio was a very nice feature and all the furniture was comfortable. My partner and I actually both slept the best we have in a long time on the bed there! This was our first of 3 Airbnb's during our vacation in France and now that we're back home I can say that this was the only Airbnb that we truly enjoyed. It was comfiest, quietest, cleanest, and had the most amenities. The only downside was the location. We found that there was not good food and not much to do in the area so we had to take transit in order to do anything we had planned for and to eat. Other than that it was an amazing experience!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared for us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. A big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

This place is stunning and perfect for relaxing. Ekaterina and her husband are helpful and very friendly. The house was recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen, a massive pool and all the amenities you might need. Local shop is only 2 min away by car, and 15 min away to Nice city centre which is very convenient. I'd definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

Perfect, great accommodation and easy to access

This is our first time in Nice, because the plane was delayed for four or five hours in Nice, Sandrine has been patiently waiting for us, it was already dark and she stood at the intersection waiting for us for a long time, patiently and enthusiastically telling us about the room facilities and use, and a very convenient private garage, next time we come to Nice we will come here again, and also recommend it to other friends who come to Nice!

We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰
