Stunning, Beach Front Sanctuary.

This 4000 sq. foot multifamily building is split into three completely separate townhomes. Each lives as a separate house-- very quiet, and the best part is that you have THREE MILES OF PRIVATE BEACHFRONT -- I mean a beautiful beachfront that's an adult’s, as well as a kid’s paradise. Kids and dogs run free, all of which can be watched over from the large, private front porch, holding a drink in hand and nap ‘round the corner. Just look at my pictures.

Silver Shores | Forgotten Coast, Steps to Beach

SummerCamp Beach is Old Florida at its best—natural, quiet, and beautifully imperfect. This isn’t a groomed resort beach; it’s a wild Gulf shoreline with seagrass, shell-strewn sand, and calm, shallow water perfect for kids and kayakers. Seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, a sign of a healthy coastal ecosystem. If you want crowds and resorts, look elsewhere. If you want authentic coastal Florida, you’ll love it.
