The little blue house.

Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

Grenadiers

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Enjoy a stylish and warm accommodation located in the heart of the city close to everything. You will enjoy the beautiful city of Pézenas by strolling through these cobblestone streets forgetting your vehicle for a moment. This air-conditioned home sleeps 4 with a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen with oven/microwave combination. Plenty of storage in the apartment (bed linen as well as towels provided).

Peaceful oasis among the vineyards

Domaine de Nadalhan is a restored former winery that offers you in a peaceful and rural setting. The apartment is on the first floor of a tower dating back to the 12th century. With an area of 120m2, the accommodation has beautiful volumes, breathtaking views of the vines, as well as all the necessary comforts: a large living room, an office area, two large tastefully decorated bedrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom.

Charming 25 m2 studio located on the ground floor of our house. Independent entry from 3pm (key box).
