Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Trojan-les-Bains

This is a wonderful house and location. Secluded, atmospheric, and with a feeling of home.

The location of the accommodation is exceptional and offers a superb terrace with direct view of the beach, with La Rochelle, Ile de Ré and Fort Boyard in the distance. The accommodation is pleasant and functional.

Just as advertised. We had a great stay at Isabelle's house. The accommodation is spacious and perfectly suited to a family with 3 children. Flexible check-in. Sandra is very welcoming and responsive. She responds quickly to requests. The accommodation is nice and spacious. Beautiful living room in a cozy atmosphere. There were 2 of us with a baby. The size of the accommodation was perfect with a nice outdoor terrace. We had a great time in Avignon. The beach is 15/20 minutes walking. The icing on the cake is that Sandra has a beauty salon right next door. My wife took the opportunity to have a one-hour massage and she loved it. We will come back without hesitation.

Impeccable for 3 days and 2 nights with arrival at the port by boat. Exactly what we were looking for. Small, nice terrace for aperitif, spacious and pleasant old accommodation. Well-equipped for 6. We'll be happy to go back.

Great apartment and very convenient walking distance to all amenities. Christele is very sweet. The parking is a bit expensive (approx 20eur/day) but the location is convenient. There is no air conditioning so as the weather heats up in the summer it might be uncomfortable to sleep. It was on the edge last week. Opening the windows is loud and welcome mosquitos. Everything else is good.

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

The apartment is in a great location, minutes walk to the port with restaurants and shops on our doorstep and close to markets etc. Patricia who met us was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was lovely.

We spent a wonderful Pentecost weekend at Villa Isis Atlantique in Portes-en-Ré. The setting is simply idyllic: the house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends. The garden, the bowling alley, the half basketball court, the pool table and the swimming pool add a touch of serenity and luxury that invites you to relax. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the beach and the center of the village, while enjoying absolute calm. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and availability. We leave with memories in our heads... We will come back with great pleasure!

We had a great stay at the "Clairette", the house is ideally located and perfect for 2 families with children. Beach, market, tavern 10 min walk! We will keep the address of this peaceful and rejuvenating place! LocaRonce was very responsive in our exchanges, good communication.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!! Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We walked a lot, in the center of Fouras, accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

A perfect stay. The house is exceptional. We'll be back!
