Ground floor with garden (barbecue), we offer a studio for rent equipped with a kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, etc.), a bedroom area (140 cm bed, 2 pillows) as well as a shower room/toilet. Shops on site: restaurant, bakery, doctor. 5 min to supermarket, laundromat, banks. Near Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Fromentine, Noirmoutier, Île d'Yeu, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. 1 hour to Puy du Fou.

This cottage named the loft is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 cottages overlooking the canals of Sallertaine, 10 km from Saint Jean de Monts and 33 km from the island of Noirmoutier. The private wooden terrace is equipped with a barbecue in season so you can eat outside in the 2400 m2 park. In addition, a common room for the 3 cottages is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and offers sauna, billiards and sports equipment. Linens and towels are not provided.
