Our accommodation named "Le Bruilhois" is located in the beautiful village of Aubiac, very warm and colorful, quiet, whether you are 2 or more, for a night or more, very well located 4 km from the exit of Autoroute et agen, 20 km from Gers, 20 minutes from Nérac, 5 minutes from Walibi, region rich in heritage and gastronomy. 11th century Romanesque church and family castle restored to popular reception rooms for hosting seminars and wedding receptions. Le château Villeneuve est une belle maison de famille, située dans le Lot-et-Garonne, tout proche d'Agen : à 1h30 de Bordeaux et 1h30 de Toulouse. C'est un lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis, le temps d'un séjour court ou long. Un grand parc entoure la propriété, et un lac bleu lagon fera le bonheur des petits et des grands ! Avec ses 7 chambres, pour une capacité totale de couchages de 15 personnes, Villeneuve vous accueille d'avril à octobre ! Réservez vite votre séjour!

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Soyez les bienvenus ! Pied à terre insolite pour vous ressourcer au calme et en pleine nature. Profitez des petits bonheurs simples loin de la foule. Le moulin est excentré mais situé à 10min de Lectoure et Fleurance, 15min de Castéra Verduzan et 20min de Condom. Pleins de petits villages atypiques à découvrir loins des grandes villes.
