Country accommodation 15 minutes from the beaches, 70 m²

The cottage is close to family-friendly activities (walking near a lake, fishing, cycling, amusement parks (tree climbing and water parks, etc.), karting, the sea nearby (20 min) ideal for surfing, sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. You'll love my place because of its quiet location in the countryside with its large outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Independent furnished studio in a local's home

We rent a house: a main room of 14m2 includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, a desk and a kitchen with microwave grill, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and 2 electric plates. Dishes and trash cans are available. An adjoining 4 m2 bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.
