House even nicer than in the photos. Everything was comfortable, in very good condition and nothing was missing (little extra for bathroom, toilet, kitchen and cleaning products) throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Despite the proximity of Valerie's home, we felt at home, thanks to her discretion. The jacuzzi was really nice and well maintained.

Our overnight getaway at Martine's place was great and very quiet. Martine is welcoming, the accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated. The service of sheets and towels is very nice even for one night. This is a great place 😉

Great cottage 2 minutes' walk from the beach where you can find snacks and something to hydrate at the right prices. Clean and pleasant house with its brightness, luminosity and sober decoration. 2 beautiful bathrooms and a very practical laundry room. We were greeted by Guillaume's wife (very friendly) who gave us the good addresses of the area. There is everything nearby: convenience store, restaurant (pizza, mussels, etc.), bread store (excellent), Super U 5 minutes by car, etc. It is a cottage that we recommend 300%, we had a wonderful stay. If we had to come back to Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard, we would come back to Aurélie's:) Have a good stay to the next travelers!

Impeccable stay at Jean-Philippe's! Very attentive and available host! Flexible for check-in and check-out. Very nice place tastefully decorated without too much. Lots of amenities available! The kitchen is functional with plenty of utensils/dishes/appliances so you can actually cook. The house is quiet, close to the beach and small shops. Convenient to leave the car at home and do anything by foot. It was a pleasure, we had a great time with the family, thank you Jean Philippe!

We stayed at Marjorie’s place to participate in the 1st edition of IM les Sables d’Olonne. The house was perfectly placed, near the swim start and finish line. It has all the comfort you can look for and is close to a supermarket and nice shopping area. The check-in process was super easy and Marjorie was very responsive. Thank you for letting us stay at your place, we will come back for sure!

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Maryse is a great host was there to meet us on arrival took time to show us around the apartment and also tips of where to eat and things to see. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very centrally located easy walking distance of everything.

Hi, my parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. they loved everything they did and especially went to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and relaxed from their stay. That I think they'll be happy to do it again. i highly recommend it.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Ideally located accommodation near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk from the city center / swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A very convenient closed garage in the basement (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for arrival and departure times.

Excellent stay with very good directions to get there. Parking space is very convenient. The apartment is pleasant to live in with a superb view. We recommend!

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
