We had a great stay. The residence is quiet. The house is as advertised. The house has been renovated and everything is optimized. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect.

Great highlight, from the house you can quickly access to Gouil beach on foot. Very good exchanges with Gaël. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Very nice accommodation! We had already come, it feels at home! The house is clean and very well-equipped. The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus! Alexandre is responsive and gives all the information. We recommend!!!

We had a great stay with my daughters! The little house is very pretty, tastefully decorated. We had the pleasure of being visited by ducks several times in a row, which was a unanimous delight among the girls. The proximity to bike paths, the beach and swimming pools is really a plus. Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We stayed at Marie Odile's with our two children. The apartment: Very beautiful, breathtaking ocean view, comfortable. It is also very well equipped. There's absolutely everything there! The residents of the building are also adorable. And then Marie Odile, a great host, who makes sure everything is going well, who checks in on you. Go ahead without hesitation! We strongly recommend and will come back back.

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
