The fully organic property is located in the middle of 54 hectares, it is composed of woods, meadows, truffle fields, walnut groves and orchards.  If you want to get away from it all while enjoying the must-see tourist attractions, the chartreuse is rented in its entirety for 14 people.

The Gîte de Malivert is located in the village of Paunat, at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers The 147 m2 cottage is a newly renovated farmhouse with simplicity it consists of a large 57 m2 living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (towels and bed linen provided) In the garden, you can enjoy the private pool on one side and a dining area with barbecue on the other The Malivert cottage is ideally located between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat

This peaceful, air-conditioned accommodation offers a relaxing stay. A large living room/kitchen to fully enjoy the place, fully equipped, a furnished terrace, a private garden with access to the heated swimming pool and to share.
