Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Niché en pleine nature au coeur de la Chartreuse, venez découvrir notre dôme indépendant au sein de notre petite exploitation agricole Quintessence de Chartreuse, dédiée aux plantes. Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Welcome to the Pègues gîte, between countryside and mountains. Come and recharge your batteries for a little while. You will be welcomed in a warm, fully equipped studio in a renovated old farmhouse overlooking the Vercors and Royans. Located in an old farm building 10km from Combe Laval and 5km from Pont en Royans. The house is terraced but quiet. On the ground floor a 50m2 living room / kitchen and a shower room with WC. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room. Hiking and mountain biking are possible directly from the house, there is also a horse riding center, just a 2min walk away.
