La residence est calme et securisee, elle dispose d'un court de tennis et sa plage. Climatisation (et brise marine!), cuve pour les coupures d'eau, lave linge, lave-vaisselle, internet haut debit, TV 55 pouces. L'appartement a ete entierement renove en janvier 2025. Le mobilier est en teck.
