In a private house, large room with landing/mezzanine occupying the entire floor, the whole equipped with 1 single bed of 90 cm and 2 beds of 140 cm (+ baby cot possible) with shower, sink and toilet: 5 people can be accommodated easily (+ 1 baby). Bedding, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Breakfast available upon request. House close to shops and Bellevue High School, 15 minutes' walk to the city center. Easy and free parking nearby.

Directly accessible on the ground floor, this 32m2 studio faces our vineyards. It offers a bathroom with separate toilet, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a hotplate and a microwave oven. For your comfort, we have selected linen bedding on a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. An desk space and a dining area are at your disposal. We offer a courtesy tray with a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a kettle.

Independent access/Breakfast/Kitchenette

You will appreciate our studio for its calm and proximity to the city center (1000 m) and the SNCF train station (750 m), without the nuisances! Studio with independent entrance, from our home (3 steps to access it), with a private terrace overlooking a landscaped garden. Guests will find a green and soothing environment to take a break. Check-in will be based on our respective availability, we agree together on a check-in time.

It is located in a charming Charentais house in the countryside, close to the sea and must-see tourist attractions in Charente-Maritime, as well as the Rochefort thermal spring and the Velodysé cycle path. To enhance your stay, we offer paid options such as the pool, bicycles, and a Jacuzzi.

The room is located on the 1st floor in our house "La Novia", with independent access. The room has quality amenities for your breakfasts and meals, table and 2 chairs, hotel refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishes. TV, Canal+. Safe. Free Wi-Fi. Warning!!! Breakfasts are not offered (bakeries and Carrefour City 100 m away). Towels and bed linen are provided. Bed (160) made on arrival.

We offer two bedrooms in our accommodation with a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed but one of them has the possibility of having two single beds (harder bed bases). The latter is small but sufficient for a stopover. The price shown is for both bedrooms. 10 km from the highway exit. Quiet area. We offer breakfast for an extra charge (hot drinks, toast, butter, jams, juice).
