Our studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the Bosphorus on the top floor of the renovated historical mansion with a garden is only 30 seconds (100 meters) on foot to Kanlıca Square, where the bus stop, ferry pier, markets and restaurants are located. Our house has a Residence Permit Certificate from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
