It is a loft apartment with a kitchen-living room and bedroom all together, with only the bathroom being separate. The living-dining room is connected to a private porch with excellent views and maximum privacy with barbecue use available. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, full kitchen utensils, LED TV with Netflix movies and series, and free Wi-Fi. In the common areas there is a washer-dryer, games for children, a farm with free egg collection (in seasons with good weather), and 1 free parking space inside the premises. We have a type2 (7.4kw) paid electric vehicle charger, with prior request to the accommodation. We have a 24-hour forced ventilation system with a heat recovery unit, which guarantees the continuous renewal of fresh air in the apartments, as well as a high ecological standard with heating and hot water by pellet boiler supported by 7kw of photovoltaic panels.
